FOOD TO BRING
Although we have donated grills for warming food we do not have the ability to cook food on Thanksgiving Day.
We ask that you bring a cooked turkey, a family sized side, breads, desserts etc. We create an assembly line and package meals for distribution to send out to the community.
We always need bottled water!
FOOD CONTAINERS AND PACKAGING
This is a big need for our organization. Every year we run out of takeaway styrofoam containers, handled grocery bags, napkins, plates and plastic silverware. Items like cling wrap and foil, ziploc bags, foil trays and sterno cans are always needed!
Blankets that can be carried, warm socks, hand and feet warmers, gloves hats and scarves are always a great donation!

TOILETRIES
Grab all those hotel minis and free toothbrushes from the dentist and send them our way! Every recipient gets a drawstring backpack with a full set of toiletries. Toothbrushes, deodorant, hairbrush, face wipes, tissue, lotion, hand sanitizer feminine products etc. Ask your dentist or local hotel for a donation! We also like to add protein and granola bars to these bags. Think portable snacks!
Gently used coats, sweatshirts, sweaters, pants, hats, gloves and scarves. New warm socks are the most requested item. Men and women clothing accepted, no children’s donations are necessary. Any clothing not distributed on the event day will be taken to a local shelter that is in need.
We appreciate our local business donations every year. We are often in need of reusable bags for distributing food and clothing, restaurant containers and bags, mini toiletries and the use of grills and warmers.
